The gas sector in Mexico has received insufficient investment especially the extraction of the natural gas. The country does not have a properly developed pipeline network to reach the consumers with an underdeveloped natural gas market currently in both residential as well as business sectors. The industry throughout the country faces serious shortage especially in the last twelve months in reaction to production cuts by Pemex amidst reduced prices (Poruban & Clark, 2001). Williams Oil And Gas Company will be faced by several challenges in their effort to expand their business in Mexico. These challenges range from culture, the country’s security systems, as well as teams, among others.
