A supervisor is tasked with important rules pertaining to the management of employees in the workplace.  The supervisor, also referred to as the foreperson, overseer, facilitator, or area coordinator plays the role of management in a trusted position.   The supervisor is mainly tasked with overseeing the implementation of management instructions and orders to the subordinates.  The supervisor is also liable for the overall work of employees.  The supervisor is the foremost overseer who ensures that the group of subordinates achieve the set targets, quality, and within the given time. Unlike the manager, the supervisor is in close contact with the workers and oversees their work.
