In a social setting, acts of violence are evident in daily human life. Aiming at restoring order in a society criminal justice classification is created. The primary purpose of the unlawful justice system is ensuring that acts of violence are dealt with efficiently where law offenders face court’s jurisdiction. A criminal justice system is a government institution bounded at ensuring social management, discouraging and curbing crime or disciplining those who disobey laws with criminal’s punishment and rehabilitation moves. A broader definition of criminal justice is a field of study concerned with the relationship between acts of violence and government agencies responsible for ensuring justice in society. Criminal justice system comprises of three major parts that are law enforcement (police officers, federal bureau of investigation) and courts.
