Venezuela has been accepted into MERCOSUR which is one of the largest trading blocks in Latin America. While this opens an opportunity for the country, it also comes with certain drawbacks especially when it comes to the implementation of the policies and agreements in the block (Bloomberg, 2005). As a business operating in Venezuela, MERCOSUR opens for us an opportunity to enlarge our business but we understand that this will come with challenges not only in the markets we are planning to expand to but also eve in our own backyard. This business plan aims at analyzing our position as a business with our country having been allowed entry in the MERCOSUR regions. It will analyze the operation environment in view of the trade agreements under MERCOSUR.
