Organizational structure refers to the frame work around which the organization of the group is done. The structure acts like a manual used in operations that outline the cohesion of the organization and how it carries out its duties. The structure also specifies how members gain acceptance, the procedure of choosing leaders and how decisions are formulated and executed (Management communication systems, 2008).
Outcomes are consequences that can be measured in the outputs of programs, the impact they have on the public or clients and the results gained from the outputs. There is an indication that a connection which is logic exists between results and interventions. One can either get ultimate or immediate results yet some range in between the two.
Goals refer to statements that are generally made on results that one desires to achieve within a period of time that is unspecified. Goals have to be measured, real and be executed within a certain time to target accomplishment of future gains. Goals play the role of stairs in accomplishment of visions and missions in an organization (Olsen, 2005).
