Organizational culture includes the shared values, beliefs, practices, perceptions, and others that are held by the employees of an organization. Generally, organizational culture describes the behavioral norms that are inferred by the employee to give meaning to situation they encounter within the organization, and which can influence the attitudes and behaviors of the organizational staff(Yukl, 2012).  Culture is learned and transmittedthrough throughout the organization as a result of the influence of the leadership. This means that the type of leadership in an organization will determine the cultural practices of that organization. There is a close relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational climate.
