Training evaluation

Employee Training and Development

Training is done with certain objectives attached to it. Despite that most companies arrange and plan training programs for their employees, they rarely gauge whether employees have actually gained the presented concepts, improved the organization’s customer satisfaction framework or even change their behaviors according to the taught aspects (Noe, 2002). It should be noted that a company may use most of its resources in improving the performance levels of their employees through training but if evaluations on the effectiveness of this training is not done, it may be a waste.
