How has the economy of Canada changed in last 100 years
In the nineteenth century, economy of Canada was different from that of the United States and Europe. This is because economic theories such as the one for Marxist that is frequent in Europe had little influence on the Canadian economy. The economic history of Canada is based on economic geography. In earlier times, the Canadian economy was pegged on natural resources. Its economy was enhanced through exploitation of staples that were sold to other continents. Canada trade network with European countries was very vibrant where goods such as furs, decorative items and tools were traded in long distance of voyaging (Drummond, 2012).
