As outlined by Diamond (2003), human resources are the most valuable assets to any organization. This is so because the contributions of the workforce in any organization are an outstanding factor in the achievement of an organization’s objectives. Diamond (2003) further highlighted that, the manner in which an organization manages its human resources determines its performance and success. Precisely, the Chubb Corporation has been among the leading insurance in the world; whereby it has excelled in offering insurance services. With regard to the Chubb’s human resource management, there has been highlighted various factors which may be posing a great threat to the organizations success. Research carried on the human resources management in the Chubb organization shows an overwhelming crisis in the management process. There has been great crisis in ensuring protection of the employee’s welfare thus leading to low motivation levels of the human resources (Diamond, 2003).
