This study will address the concept of change initiative in the American Red Cross Organization. The strategic planning and change of this organization concerning the issue of health care in US and Europe will be the backbone of this study. The main aim of this study is to propose a strategic change initiative in health care issue in the American Red Cross Organization. The introduction of change in this organization is very essential as it will help both the clients and the employees. This change will ensure that the health care among the clients and employees is improved. In any organization, change initiative ensures that there are some strategies that are put in place to assist the whole organization in meeting its goals and objectives (Holbeche, 2005).
