Facebook is one of the social media platforms which consumers use regularly to look for direction on sources of purchasing. Facebook leads amongst the social media networks where businesses are jumping over to achieve their sales and marketing objectives. However, for an organization to achieve its objectives from social media marketing, a legally astute social media marketing manager is required who must possess four most important components. These four components include: acquaintance of the pertinent law and correct application of legal tools, Proactive approach on the importance of law and its effects to an organization, ability to apply well-versed judgments and decisions, and value laden attitude.
