The most important aspect in our life is our health. For any nation to prosper, the health of its citizens should be taken care of. Ensuring the health of any community is a tedious process that must include preventative and curative measures. A comprehensive program that address health concern of any community must include primary prevention where various activities to maintain good health and prevent occurrence of disease are carried out, secondary prevention where there is detection, screening and treatment of diseases to maintain health, and tertiary prevention which is geared towards recovery and rehabilitation from diseases. Therefore all the three levels of prevention are important to ensure health problems in the community are well addressed.
