Description

Stress is a normal part of life especially when one lives in demanding environment like the workplace (HelpGuide.org, 2009).  While some level of stress is manageable and may not interfere with individual work ability, excessive stress may interfere with individual productivity. Excessive stress may also lead to deterioration of physical and emotional health. Therefore it is important to find the best ways to deal with stress and keep it under control. There are different strategies that can be employed to manage and reduce stress in the workplace.
