Well being is dictated by four components being the physical health, mental sanity, emotional stability and sound spiritual conviction that positively incorporates morals and ethics upheld by any given society. This presents a holistic view point of what is needed to for any person to enjoy a healthy lifestyle (Gilmore 2011).
