Overweight is a catastrophe waiting to happen in the world. Each and everyday, the number of overweight and obese individuals is increasing. To recommend weight loss to my overweight friend, I would recommend the following modifications on the diet.
The meal order for lunch and dinner contain a lot of fat and calories that have an effect of increasing body fat reserves. A meal of ribs and baked potato and sour cream and butter has a lot of fats and calories. To modify this diet, I would advise my friend to select less fatty ribs to reduce the total amount of fat consumed. Sour cream and butter also contribute a high amount of fat. To modify them, the client can replace sour cream with yoghurt or fat-skimmed sour cream. Yoghurt or fat-skimmed sour cream will serve the same purpose and have the same taste as sour cream but have reduced fat contents. I would also advice my friend to replace butter with low fat butter.
