Throughout history, international conflicts have been known to exist. Perhaps, conflicts are not uncommon problems in the modern generation. This is evidenced by the numerous unrests in many states including neighborhood states and states which are far separated from one another. Conflicts come in different facets and are triggered by differences in opinion, understanding as well as illicit motives which inadvertently emerge from an individual or a cluster of individuals who fall short of identifying the vital mechanisms of crisis management.
