The study identifies two main CSR and ethical challenges issues including poorly coordinated CSR program and high employee turnover. The study recommends that the organization should consider three main alternatives. First, it should have a CSR department that will provide leadership in its CSR activities. Second, it should have a marketing budget to increase visibility of its CSR activities. Third, it should have a CSR program for the employees. In implementing these strategies, the study recommends that the organization should consider three recommendationsincluding having a CSR framework, setting aside 5% of its budget to CSR marketing, and lastly, carrying out a survey of employee needs on the basis of what a CSR program should be created for the employees.
