Sustainability is the ability of something being continued or maintained properly without misusing it thus destroying its ability of being used or fulfilling the needs of the users in the future by other people, (Dillard, Dujon, & Mary C. King, 2009). In sustainability there are three main pillars which include; social, environmental and economic sustainability. The main focus of the Social Sustainability pillar is to bring about interaction and the capability of people able to make choices that bring them together in spite of their cultural or environmental differences, respect is most important in this kind of sustainability. In business operation, it covers the issues that may have effect on the employees, investors, local and international users as well as the suppliers. (firstname.lastname@example.org., 2004). Today more than ever environmental factors have to be considered in business management because they have an impact on the economic value of the business. Environmental sustainability refers to the conditions that the current natural resources are not misused by humans, destroying the economic gains and making the resources in accessible or inadequate for the future generations, (Vezzoli & Manzini, 2008). Every person today or in future rightfully has the privilege of living in the same environmental space, utilizing and accessing the natural resources. Environmental factors both affect the social and economic well being of the people. With inadequate resources, people are more capable of involving in anti- social ways in order to get basic needs. Inadequate resources mean also that the economic status of people will decline due to lack of resources to manufacture. Cultural sustainability is however neglected as part and parcel of one the pillar of sustainability. Cultural vitality defines the society and without it people are cannot be defined as human enough, (Hawkes, 2001). Culture has three aspects that make the whole difference on how people view the rest of the pillars, environmental and social. They include values ans objectives towards life, the manifestiation of these values and objectives in the real world and last but not least the medium through which these objectives and values are received and transmitted into reality.
