Learning is termed as a permanent change in the human abilities which does not result from growth processes. These human capabilities are connected to particular learning outcomes. Learning is defined different from different fields, from an academic point of view; learning is an involvement of assisting people in acquiring knowledge and skills (Noe, 2002). Students in educational institutions acquire knowledge and skills from their tutors, fellow students, society members, environment, and from books. Learning is not only the aspect of acquiring knowledge directly from another individual like the case of a teacher teaching students in a classroom situation, but it also comprises the element of gaining knowledge from the environment (Noe & Winkler, 2009). For instance, if an employee who is not well conversant with financial management he or she is capable of learning it from his or her workmates.
