Description

The world has had great people in the society who represent different aspects of life since time memorial. Leadership is the ability to control and bring influence on others either positively or negatively (Kouzes & Posner, 2002). This paper discusses the three leadership theories, their importance and the implications they have in society and the organizations. The paper tries to analyze how the theories can influence leaders’ behavior and how the leaders can also use them in rewarding workers, building trust and building proper working conditions.  Each theory has properly analyzed how a manager can influence and build cooperation in the organization by the way he behaves and portrays his image to the subordinates.
