The article, How to Handle the Most Toxic People in Your Life By Katherine Schreiber gives a brief account about behaviors that are common in work place and their overall outcome to the staff and workers in that setting. The toxic behavior has become so common in today workplace and is interfering with the creation of peaceful culture that can have everyone thrive peacefully. The behavior grows from selfishness and heartlessness that is capable of deriving from extreme form from confident character complaints that don’t mysteriouslyregress after hours and are predominantlydisparaging in close interpersonal associations. The toxic behavior is recognizable by its blow; either it turns up in the living room or conference room.
