Reflection

One of the best experiences I have in this course is undertaking the LPF 1 project. Our Project Group 1 was an important learning opportunity, which also contributed to my professional and interpersonal development. We were five members in our group, each of us with different strengths and weaknesses and we helped each other to develop in different aspects through the group work.  One of the most interesting aspects of the project that I would like to reflect on is the group work and the related dynamics.  From the first day we met, we went through all the stages of group development. Three issues that I find important to reflect on is group communication, group roles, and cross culture issues.
