According to Peter Drucker, innovation is the tool of entrepreneurship and both of them demand creativity (Adams, 2006). Creativity is the procedure through which a symbolic practice in the way of doing things is altered. It is the ability to come up with something new, which may be in the form of a device, solution or a new artistic object or method. Today, businesses operate in an environment of galloping change which comes with new problems, opportunities, and risks. As such, every entrepreneur or enterprise must know this and mobilize resources to engage creativity before that change can have felt adverse effects on them.
