Cheung, Y. B. (2013). Statistical analysis of human growth and development. CRC Press.
Human growth and development from the fetal stage to adulthood is characterized by the increase in posture and advancement of the human being where the body develops various stages. These developments are continuous until when the body is fully developed and then the later stages of adulthood where the body seems to stop growing and the aging process starts to take effect. The author focuses on all these stages by giving a description of what happens to the human body while focusing on the various nutrients and using statistics from various parts of the world to develop the research. By using graphs in furthering the research criteria, the author is able to differentiate the growth and development stages on each age group from fetal to adulthood.
