Description

Described as an important organisational topic in the current economic and business environments, employee performance management and employee performance and productivity are the center of this study.  The introduction chapter introduces the research question and research problem giving the reader clear understanding of the purpose of the study. This study is based on employee performance management (performance appraisal, training, rewarding, and compensation) and their impacts on employee performance and productivity. The aim of the study is to answer the research question on what are the impacts of performance management on employee. To answer this question, this study tests various performance management models such as key performance indicators and balanced scorecard.
