How do cultural perspectives on individual identity differ?
There are important perspectives of human culture that have perpetuated social cohesion in different cultures throughout the history of human existence. Cultural perspectives are important values that have carried on for generations in a certain culture and they define and identify that particular culture. Cultural perspectives are important cultural traits that help to differentiate one culture of from the other.
Cultural perspectives define individual identity in such a way that one can relate a particular culture and not the other. Personal identity is distinctive characteristics which give a sense of belonging constructed by the culture practices of the individual. However the enactment of universal human rights has come with commotion with many cultural perspectives in contrast of the provision of the universal human right charter. In this paper we are going to explore various ways in which cultural perspectives, individual identity and human rights conflict in different perspectives.
