Health disparities also known as heath inequality imply the existing gaps in provision of health care services across various categories of people. This disparity is witnessed on the basis of gender, race as well as ethnicity and socio-economic status. In Pennsylvania the minority populations which comprises of black Americans, Americans with Asian origin and other undignified groups of people are the victims of poor heath services which has finally lead to high rate of chronic diseases, heart disease, HIV/AIDS and morbidity.
