Clinicians and the participants are the two most important parties that participate in any counseling. Without either of the two, a counseling process cannot be complete and it would not be possible. The clinician and the participants must have a good relationship which is of course build over a period of time through interaction. The relationship between clinician and the participant is important since it dictate how the two are going to continue with the therapeutic process. A good relationship facilitates a working process while a bad relationship may constrain the process.
