On top of these workers, who speak various and different languages, seems to have various customs and work related approaches, its population is getting older,  hence in need of people from various age group with varying generational virtues to be working side by side (David, 1995). The current federal legislation is affecting the welfare recipients and this implies more low income workers will have to find employment opportunities in the fields for in which they are not well prepared. Also, an increasing number of offenders are being taken back into main stream of the society. They need means of survival and opportunity for work. To be able succeed they will need more training. All smart managers and or supervisors are aware of the market labor demands which these workers are putting on every phase of the countries economy. There is introduction of new perspectives, skills, experiences and approaches to the environment of work. This would definitely force most managers and their workers to develop and create new talents and skills
