Description

Decision making in a complex social organization is a very crucial process which requires an integration of various views by various entities involved. It is important to note that, the influences of administrators in any organization resides more firmly on the process of making decisions for monitoring and creating processes in the organizations than their terminal decisions required in a complex organization (Rodrigues, 1991). More specifically, a decision made through an establishment of a more supported network within an organization enhances efficiency and effectiveness in the organization, enhancing the achievement of the organization’s goals at great extent. This paper presents a discussion on the applicability of a decentralized decision making framework, rather than having a centralized decision making framework in complex social organizations.
