E-HRM of GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION
The general Motors Corporation has been one of the highly performing automobile producers up to the year 2006, when its labor productivity dropped significantly. This was a result of the depression period which was setting in, leading the company cutting down a very huge number of employees. As it has been revealed the HRM of the GMC has been previously faced with a lot of challenges, before adopting e-HRM strategy to reinstate its performance after the 2007/09 crisis. As a result, the productivity of the company has been rising significantly, with Dynamic Econometric Consulting Services (DECS) as its benchmarking company.
