Listening is part of communication, whereby there is delivery of message from one person to the other. In order to communicate effectively the component of listening should be applied. Active listening can be said to be a fundamental skill needed in every negotiation was introduced. It is accomplished together with reflective listening. These are two bases which should be incorporated in every communication. In communication listening is quit important this is because once you listen, you will be able to communicate in return. Once there is an active listening in a conversation the message expected is derived.
