Analysis-It can be seen that the plan was transparent, inclusive and comprehensive based on its core values. Therefore it implies that participants were free to contribute towards the plan hence there would be great achievement on the goals of various university issues and areas (Robert, 2010). The various teams acting at the capacity of managers would look into matters such as academic programs, connections, enrolment, faculty and staff development, financial services, institutionary identity, international matters, social responsibilities and student development. The groups formed are quite resourceful and powerful in achieving final strategic plan since they comprise different members from faculty, students, staff, administration and board of trustees, alumni and parents. This means that the performance in various team members would meet the interest or needs of the entire university community. This is because a number of groups have their various representatives in the teams.
