Basically, the degree at which an individual is regarded as guilty or innocent determines the punishment he/she deserves for unlawful act. Basically, in the contemporary society, the distribution of fairness among individuals and authorities has been revealed to explicit a lot of inequality; as sometimes, the innocent are punished with allegations of insighting other people. Generally, authorities sometimes have been observed to inflict certain punishments to individuals in the society who seem to lead the people to demand their social and civil rights. In this case, such actions by authorities to social activist to put them under punishment for being agents of change exposes as being unethical.
