According to Lagace (2003), the Oticon’s model could be said to have good presentation of incorporating Information technology in office. Initially the root cause of the problem facing companies and organization was done. This was followed with emergence of the model which is mainly focused in reviving ailing companies and organizations which face stiff competition in the dynamic market environment. In the findings, major contributions were both from human (managers) and business systems used. In this model, fundamental factors to be considered in adopting computer technological change are highlighted. It considers the parameters to be keenly addressed before one incorporate information technology so as to realize the expected market goals. These factors are credibility, clarity and courage (Lagace, 2003). Organizations need to incorporate credible IT systems that give the assurance of flexibility in business investment in case of unfavorable market conditions.
