CHRISTIANS SEEK REPRESENTATION
Religious hatred has been evidenced in different part of the world throughout the history of the world. In some cases, religious was has led to loss of lives not only in our contemporary world but also in the course of our history. Religious conflicts have perhaps been witnessed between the two largest world religions, Christians and Muslims. Each group finds itself disadvantaged when it lives in an area dominated by the other. However there are some areas where there has been a great understanding between the two groups and they have coexisted peacefully. In this essay, we are going to review the situation in Baghdad which is a Muslim dominated nation. The paper will look at the parliament legislation on voting to give a detailed outlook into the situation that Christians may be facing in the country not only in the political representation but also in their daily life.
