Leadership is a multi-dimensional aspect whose development among individuals is entirely dependent on ones’ attitude and perception of his/her ability to act as a leader. In this respect therefore, leaders are agents of change within an organizational or individual context. Basically, charismatic leadership, which involves ones own initiatives and decisions to take an action, is very significant in transformational context of any leadership. Basically charismatic leaders are meant to employ their own inventions and innovations to create a legacy of their followers. Generally, charismatic leadership has numerous advantages, both to the individual and the organizations’ leadership context. Considering the life and the works Martin Luther, the King, charismatic leadership is a personal initiative which once nurtured well, impacts a lot on the individual’s entire life (McCallister, 1992; Montebello, 1994; Morrison, 1999).
