Education is becoming increasingly vital in terms of economic perspective hence regarded as an important point of discussion as far as minority groups and the poor are concerned. Research shows that in the years to come, graduating from high school may not be enough to guarantee one secure employment. It is indicted that the role of western form of American education for Indian students has been characterized with incorporation into western civilization thus most of these colonial aims remain in current schools with American Indians. Although education is a vital factor in social class positions, it is worth mentioning that the educational standards of the Indian household heads on reservation do not correspond with their social class positions and that is why children raised in such families have not realized the immediate need of going in school (Brockmann, 1970).
