Project Merlot by World vision was mean to help its employees whose contracts were coming to an end to adjust for the road ahead in search of new employments.  The project, which was implemented after the end of the project on hurricane include a number of strategies that were mainly aimed at helping the employees to move on to seek new employment. In addition, this project was meant to ensure that the employees exited the organization by feeling valued and with a sense of pride.  Apart from equipping the exiting staff with skills to seek new employment, the organization also aimed at identifying and retaining the staff that had the correct competencies and match them with the right posts across the partnership as a way of strengthening the organisation’s human resources.
