In organization development the first step in understanding the problems of a company is to understand what the company deals with. PolyProd is a multinational corporation that develops, markets, manufactures various high tech products for both the industry and home users. Roberta has been a project manager in the company working in the manufacturing and distribution division, M&DDiv, which is one of the largest divisions of the company. By virtue of working in the company, Roberta knows very well about the operations of the company. As a result Roberta can be equated to an internal consultant in PolyProd towards a change.
