In the last few decades, there have been major revolutions in technology. The phenomenal revolution in the communication technology has had a major impact on different areas of life, from social to business life (Swoboda et al., 2008: 1).  The current technological revolution can be traced to the last few years of the 20th century where major advancement in computers and the internet has revolutionized the world in different ways.  According to Swoboda et al. (2008: 1), the internet acts as a launch pad for technological revolution that has been experienced in different spheres of life.
