The decision of becoming an industrial human resource manager originated from my aunt who was a human resource manager at Welch-Allyn Company. She spend most of her holidays in our home trying to convince me during my senior years of high school to be come an industrial human resource manager. I really admired her way of doing things especially when I visited her in the organization. She could more frequently tell me that, ‘human resource management is a rare and growing undergraduate degree.’ Eventually, she convinced me that being a human resource manager was the best option and hence I decided to strive for this option.
