Adapting to change is one of the biggest challenges facing most organizations. This can be well understood from personal perspective because even at personal level, we all fear trying the unknown. We all like staying at our comfort zones and when it comes to implementing changes, we are all hesitance for fear of unknown. This is the similar situation that is faced in the business world. Organization change is one of the issues that have been widely explored in literature, with different studies showing that most organizations plan but they never implement the intended changes. It is important that organizations plans ahead on how they are going to approach the change process. Literature points out that is it imperative for organizations to be well prepared and keep changing change strategies for them to remain competitive in the market. To illustrate this, this study will focus on Al Hassan Real Estate, Saudi Arabia, which is faced by managerial problems.
