Effects of Quality Management. This paper compares and contrast quality management at the FirstBank of Colorado and at the Citibank. FirstBank boost of over $11 billion assets and over 125 locations in Colorado, Arizona and California. It is a relatively successive bank with a record of financial stability, outstanding employees and a great customer base. On the other hand, Citibank is the financial wing of the Citigroup. It is a global recognized bank in cash management services. To bring the comparison of the two banks into perspective this paper looks at their personnel training in light of domestic and global competition.

Personnel training, as key aspect of quality management has enabled the two banks to succeed in competitive and challenging domestic and global fronts. Both banks have invested in employees’ education, training and development. This has ensured that they have the right work force to take the vision and mission of their banks forward.
