Using the week 2 assignment that was submit last week (attached) complete the following components of your Financial Proposal’s budgeting section:
1.Analyze variances where increased resources are needed (supply and demand).
2.Prepare the appropriate budgets for the proposal.
3.Develop a plan of evaluation for monitoring the budget, in which you will include: How often will you review it? What will you do with the data? Making adjustments to it.
4.Conduct a cost variance analysis.
